These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inkeon Canvas website, order flow, previews, uploads, and related services offered by Ieonflow LLC ("Ieonflow," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, uploading a photo, requesting previews, or purchasing a canvas, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services or place an order.
2. USA-Only Sales and Shipping
At this time, Inkeon Canvas sells and ships only within the United States. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order that is inconsistent with this service area.
3. Our Service
Inkeon Canvas provides AI-assisted artistic preview generation, custom image processing, and sale of personalized physical canvas prints. Previews are provided to help you evaluate style options before purchase. Final printed products are custom-made based on the image, crop, style, size, and quantity you approve through the order flow.
4. Orders, Customization, and Approval
You are responsible for reviewing your uploaded image, crop, selected style, size, shipping details, and order contents before submitting payment.
Because the final product is personalized, slight differences may occur between the on-screen preview and the printed canvas, including differences caused by screen settings, color rendering, printing materials, or production methods.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if uploaded content violates these Terms, is technically unsuitable for production, or raises legal, safety, or intellectual property concerns.
5. User Content and License
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload. However, by submitting content to us, you represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use that content and authorize us to process, reproduce, modify, crop, store, and transmit it solely for purposes of:
(a) generating previews,
(b) producing and delivering your order,
(c) providing customer support,
(d) maintaining internal records reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
You grant Ieonflow LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for those purposes only.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, submit, request, or use our services for content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or harassing;
- infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- contains nudity, explicit sexual content, or sexualized content involving minors;
- depicts graphic violence or promotes self-harm, terrorism, or extremist activity;
- is intended to create deceptive or harmful deepfakes, impersonation, or identity fraud;
- contains malware, scripts, or material intended to interfere with the service.
We may remove content, deny service, cancel orders, or suspend access if we believe content violates these Terms or creates legal or operational risk.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable charges disclosed before payment.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise.
If we state a shipping timeframe, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship within that timeframe. If a material delay occurs before shipment, we may contact you with an updated estimate, options, or refund where appropriate.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided in your order, subject to any applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Inkeon Canvas website, branding, workflow, layout, text, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by Ieonflow LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our website or content except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from third-party failures.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ieonflow LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the site, uploads, previews, orders, payment processing, shipping, or delays.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ieonflow LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your uploaded content, misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
