Because Inkeon Canvas products are personalized and made to order, all sales are generally final. However, we want to address legitimate order issues fairly.

1. No Returns or Refunds for Custom Preference Changes

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- change of mind after purchase;
- dissatisfaction with a style, crop, or preview choice you approved before payment;
- customer errors in uploaded images, shipping details, or order selections;
- minor color or appearance differences between screen display, preview, and final print that result from normal artistic, material, or production variation.

2. Eligible Issues

You may contact us if:
- the product arrives damaged or defective;
- you receive the wrong item;
- the order is not delivered;
- there is a serious production error that materially differs from the approved order.

3. Claim Window

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

For non-delivery claims, you must contact us within 30 days after the last estimated delivery date, unless tracking shows a different status that reasonably requires more time.

4. Evidence Required

To evaluate a claim, we may request:
- order number;
- clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label;
- a brief description of the issue;
- any other information reasonably needed to review the claim.

5. Resolution

If we determine that your claim is valid, we may choose one of the following remedies:
- replacement of the product;
- partial refund;
- full refund;
- store credit, if agreed.

The remedy selected will depend on the nature of the issue and what is commercially reasonable.

6. Digital and Service Components

Preview generation and related digital service components are part of a custom order workflow. Except where a legal requirement applies, fees already applied to custom digital service steps are non-refundable once the work has been performed.
