This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the Inkeon Canvas website, uploads, previews, orders, and related services.
You agree not to use our services to:
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights;
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- request or distribute copyrighted, trademarked, private, or confidential material without authorization;
- create or request deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful deepfakes or impersonation content;
- upload or request nudity, explicit sexual content, sexually exploitative content, or content involving minors;
- upload or request hate speech, extremist propaganda, violent threats, graphic violence, or harassment;
- upload malware, code, scripts, bots, or any material intended to disrupt, probe, or compromise our systems;
- misuse the service for spam, scams, phishing, scraping, or abusive automation;
- interfere with other users, our partners, payment processors, or our service infrastructure.
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, cancel orders, suspend access, refuse service, preserve records, or cooperate with authorities when appropriate.
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent denial of service.
